Food doesn’t need to be perfect to taste amazing.

But it should always be fun, rewarding, and shared with others. Cooking isn’t the exact science some chefs would have you believe: it’s about instinct and experiments, trial, and error. It’s about getting your hands dirty while combining bold flavors that taste good to you. Above all, food is the universal language that connects everyone. Move the measuring cups aside, roll up your sleeves and grab a friend. It’s time to throw away the rule book and redefine perfection.
Cooking needs soul,
not science.
